CEBU, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. will join fellow leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) during the summit proper on May 8, 2026, alongside representatives from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam, as the region tackles key political, economic, and security issues.
